We at DrumWorks Lesson Studio truly understand that people are busier than ever these days with work, school and family. So, the following policy helps keep things moving smoothly and in a fair manner.
DRUM LESSONS
Real time, one-on-one zoom drum lessons are on a week to week basis with a scheduled 30 minute, 45 minute or 1 hour time slot that will accommodate your needs (example: John Smith every Monday 4:00 – 5:00). If you have to move your scheduled lesson to another time due to work, school, vacation etc. We require 24 notice and will move your session to a different day/time that week or double up the following week on a different day and time.
CANCELLATIONS
We will need notification of cancellation 24hrs in advance from your scheduled lesson time. One make up lesson will be offered to you for that cancelled lesson in order for you to get your moneys worth. However, in the same manner as a Dentist or Physicians office- any cancellations on the day of your lesson will cause you to still be charged due to the short notice.
